Horizon Foundation uses Users’ personal information to better understand how Users use the Website so that Horizon Foundation can improve the Website and its offerings. Horizon Foundation also uses Users’ personal information for the purpose for which the Users provided the information, in other words, to review your submission and to contact you regarding the Contest. If at any time you wish to stop receiving communications regarding the Contest, please follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email you receive, or send Horizon Foundation an email at email@example.com and ask to be removed from the Changemaker Challenge Contest distribution list.

For that reason, Horizon Foundation never collects information at the Website from those Horizon Foundation knows are under 13, and no part of the Website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
